Erica Facundo Pintado is a coffee producer and owner of a 2-acre estate in the village of Los Angeles in the La Coipa region of Peru. She mainly grows Bourbon and Caturra varieties at the very high altitude of 1900 meters. Erica regularly scores high 86-87 points for her complex, floral and fruity coffees. The coffee is harvested with the help of her family and neighbors. The coffee then goes through a 36 hour fermentation period before being dried for 15 days.
